A lethal Toledo steel sword is hidden within the honey malacca shaft of this handsome walking stick. The blade features an exquisitely engraved floral motif, and the cane is topped with a sterling silver knob.
Deriving its name from the Spanish city where it originated, Toledo steel has been used to create fine swords since around 500 B.C.E. The existence of this high-quality alloy came to the attention of Rome during the Punic Wars, and soon, the city became a supplier of weapons to the Roman Legions.
The blade is two-sided etched and blued, with the name "Toledo" and floral motifs.
